Fitted these to a plasterboard wall for some new sockets and they sat perfectly flush, no wobble at all once screwed in. The plastic feels sturdy enough to hold the wiring securely, and the depth was just right for the cables I had.

The lugs are solid and the screw holes lined up perfectly with my plasterboard cutout, so the whole thing sat flush without any fiddling. Took me under five minutes to get it secured and the wiring tucked neatly behind.

Installed this on a stud wall for a new dimmer switch and the plastic tabs snapped right into place on the plasterboard. Feels sturdy enough for the wiring, and the screw holes lined up perfectly with the faceplate. Saved me having to cut into the wall deeper.
